Hoivarakentajat will build two-storey solid wood day-care centres for the City of Vantaa in Matari and Leppäkorpi. The construction of the day-care centres takes place from 2025 to 2027.

The turnover forecast in 2025 for Hoivarakentajat is around €50 million. Half of the service and daycare centre projects will be built for cities and municipalities. The remainder will be built for the social and health sector operators.
