Hoivarakentajat will build two-storey solid wood day-care centres for the City of Vantaa in Matari and Leppäkorpi. The construction of the day-care centres takes place from 2025 to 2027.
The turnover forecast in 2025 for Hoivarakentajat is around €50 million. Half of the service and daycare centre projects will be built for cities and municipalities. The remainder will be built for the social and health sector operators.
Hoivarakentajat and Lumme Palvelukiinteistöt have agreed on a deal for 8 energy-efficient service homes for special groups, worth approximately EUR 30 million.
